Just a quick note to say thanks again. It was refreshing to have Bruce sign onto my system and fix our recent back up issue even though it was related to Symantec’s backup exec program. It may have seemed like a small fix to Bruce, but it saved me about two days of emails and phone calls trying to arrange a time for Symantec to diagnose and fix the problem. It’s rare to encounter a technician who is responsive, patient and will take the initiative to fix a problem even when it’s unrelated to their software. Certainly cemented my decision to partner with Stage2Data.
